The Animal Hospital at the Shores is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager with phenomenal people skills and a take-charge, lead by example approach to leadership. The person we seek will add to the relationships with the team to encourage a hospital culture based on good communication, high quality patient care, exceptional customer experience, and team development. We strive to create a low stress environment for both people and patients while providing a smooth, profitable operation. We are a modern, paperless veterinary hospital that offers Traditional and Integrative Veterinary Medicine to our canine, feline, and exotic patients.

- Good computer software skills, Avimark practice management software knowledge a plus
- Working knowledge of financial reporting, budgets, and ability create & to stay within budgets
- Maintain working relationships with vendors
- Ability to regularly review and negotiate expenses
