We are looking for a talented small animal associate to join our team. We are a privately owned practice in a rapidly growing community within Brighton, CO. We offer in-house diagnostics including CBC, chemistry, UA, ultrasound, digital X-Ray, and dental X-ray. We have a well-trained, friendly and capable support staff. Our clinic was started 40 years ago and has a long-time customer base. We offer specialty procedures with a board-certified surgeon and ultrasonographer/radiologist. We strive to provide an environment that encourages work-life balance and mutual respect. We partner with clients for the lifetime of their pets to provide optimal care.

Duties Include:

-Skilled small animal surgeon performing routine soft tissue surgeries and dentals

-Wellness and sick examinations, treatments, and perform diagnostics on veterinary patients

-Excellent communicator and team member

-Empathetic, professional

-Opportunity for some mixed animal (livestock/ exotic patients) if desired

-Low stress handling of our veterinary patients

Benefits Include:

-4-day work week for FT (8 am-5 pm), open to a part-time veterinarian

-Flexible schedule if needed, intermittent Saturdays optional from 8 am- 12 pm

-We are willing to work with working parent schedules if needed

-Free pet care and medications/drugs at cost

-Open to staff bringing pets to work (large backyard for staff and pet breaks)

-Close proximity of clinic to Denver, mountains and front range
