Dutton Road Veterinary Clinic (NGAP.org) offers a veterinary student externship for 2-8 weeks.  Our clinic is associated with National Greyhound Adoption Program.  We are a nonprofit clinic, and our proceeds support the rescue.  As a State-of-the-Art facility, our mission is to provide the highest quality medicine and surgery without charging top dollar.  Our clients vary from affluent to low income, and our care is distributed equally, regardless of income.  Soft tissue surgeries combined with fast-paced appointments makes this externship an amazing opportunity to experience shelter medicine crossed with general practice.  Nestled in the woods, we are a hidden gem for anyone seeking excellent care. Current enrollment in an AVMA accredited veterinary school.  All veterinary students are welcome to apply.  However, only AVMA-accredited school externs can legally assist in surgery.
