Veterinarian Description
Our client, Furdunkin, is seeking change-makers and visionaries to add to their Veterinary team in Lancaster, PA. You will be responsible for providing a personalized client/patient experience by leveraging the reimagined vision of veterinary care at the heart of this unique organization. Our client is open to hiring someone that is preparing to begin their career and/or seasoned Veterinarians. Top Notch Mentorship Program: As a result of Furdunkin’s mentorship program, new Veterinarians receive great training and extensive hands-on exposure to the following surgeries and procedures in year one:
• Treat sick or injured animals while providing a quality experience for the animal and owner • Advise pet owners about general care, feeding, and sanitation measures • Manage difficult or sensitive client conversations with compassion and professionalism • Operate diagnostic equipment and accurately interpret the results • Restore pet health by treating animals surgically or medically • Inform owners about the benefits of spaying and neutering • Prevent rabies, brucellosis, and other disorders by testing and providing inoculations
Veterinarian Qualifications
• North American Veterinary License required (or soon to earn, if finishing Veterinary school)
