The Hospital Administrator in the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital (VMTH) is responsible for managing the business operations, making decisions regarding the financial structure of the hospital, and supervision of staff.   Other responsibilities include implementing and ensure compliance with policies and procedures that direct hospital activities/functions, inclusive of financial controls and accounting practices. The hospital administrator is also responsible for integrating the business principles with veterinary medical practices to ensure quality patient care and maintain profitability for the hospital.
