We are seeking a veterinary hospital lead to help support our team in a privately owned practice located in the greater SF Bay area of CA. Job description available to qualified candidates. At least 6 months experience as a head receptionist or head/lead tech required. RVT license not required. 

This position includes coordinating the efforts of team members to ensure smooth and effective workflow in the hospital and processes. This is an "on the floor" "hands on position". You will be assisting and working with the front office team as well as back. The chosen candidate will be overseeing the work of the client service and technician teams. 

You will be part of the management team but will not have any direct reports. 

Completed high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency. Minimum 6 months of lead or supervisory experience. At least 3 months of veterinary assisting or technician experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
