This two-year residency program at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine (UFCVM) will provide advanced clinical training focused on canine reproduction, with comparative species incorporated to a lesser degree. This will include clinical proficiency in male and female pre-breeding genetic and general health soundness evaluations, breeding management, pregnancy diagnosis and monitoring, male and female disease diagnosis and treatment, and management of dystocia.
