Palm Beach Equine Clinic is offering a surgery focused internship for the upcoming year June 2023-June 2024.
The ideal candidate is an intern interested in a surgical residency that did not match this year, or an outstanding student that has not made plans for next year. This internship will provide mentorship from 4 board certified surgeons throughout the year and is located in Wellington, Florida. Our case load is varied but is mostly composed of sport horses, polo horses, racehorses, and western performance horses. Our goal is to provide this intern hands on experience in the surgical suite, as well as sports medicine experience.

Palm Beach Equine Clinic is a 24 hour, full service equine referral hospital, providing ambulatory, surgical, and diagnostic services, such as, CT Scans, MRI's, and Nuclear Scintigraphy to the South Florida horse community.
We currently have 42 veterinarians on staff including 4 board certified surgeons, 2 board certified internal medicine specialists and 1 board certified radiologist.
