Washington Animal Hospital is a privately owned small animal practice perfectly situated in scenic northwestern New Jersey. Not only do we have all the bells and whistles that bigger practices have, we have great clients that have been with us for decades. Our location is ideally situated for those that want to take advantage of the outdoors (easy access to rivers, creeks, reservoirs, the Pocono Mountains, the Appalachian Trail, and the list goes on and on) as well as for those who want to take advantage of major metropolitan areas including Philadelphia and New York City.  About the Practice

Our practice offers a wide range of modern diagnostic tools such as digital radiology and dental digital radiology, ultrasound, endoscopy, in house laboratory, multiparameter anesthesia monitoring, and a fully equipped surgical suite. We have local referral specialists available as well as an internal medicine specialist with weekly on-site ultrasounds and consults.

Compensation and Benefits

We value a healthy work-life balance and offer a competitive salary, with a sign-on bonus and flexible work schedule with no weekends or after-hour emergencies. We have a generous benefits package that includes three weeks of PTO, health and dental insurance, liability insurance, state, and DEA licenses, AVMA and NJVMA dues, VIN membership, CE benefits and retirement plan (SEP IRA).
