Pacific Beach Veterinary Clinic - established in 1949, is a 3 doctor practice in the heart of Pacific Beach, San Diego. We are a fun and diverse group of veterinary professionals. We are a full-service veterinary hospital, and we offer a wide variety of general practice services for our fur patients.

We have a great history with long-term clients and staff! We have a fun, fast-paced facility with a friendly & positive working environment. What we are looking for:

Medical:

• Possess a commitment to practicing excellent patient care.
• Understand and apply the importance of the client experience.
• Have proficient skill in medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• Ability to teach, mentor and develop veterinarians at all performance levels.
• Keep current on new products and medical protocols.
• Ability to maintain accurate electronic medical records and regularly audit those of other doctors.
• Coordinate and disseminate Continuing Education for the doctor and medical team.

The program is eligible for current and new doctors who provide veterinary care at Thrive Pet Healthcare veterinary hospital locations and includes general practice, specialty, and emergency doctors. This includes both part-time and full-time doctors.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual salary range starting at $90,000 - $130,000 / year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and locations.
