VCA Ho-Ho-Kus Animal Hospital in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey is seeking a highly experienced Veterinarian to lead our tenured DVM team as Medical Director.
This an outstanding opportunity for a motivated veterinarian to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital like a practice owner. Plus, you'll have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more, to help you succeed.
Our well-equipped facility features digital radiograph unit, digital dental radiology, and ultrasound.
We are committed to encouraging a healthy work-life balance and feel that our schedule reflects that. We do not have on-call hours and are open 6 days-a-week. Monday through Friday we are open from 8:00 AM-7:00 PM, open until 1:00 PM on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Our doctors work on a rotating weekly schedule which only includes one Saturday every 4-weeks.
Ho-Ho-Kus is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey and is home to several historic landmarks, including the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn and The Hermitage. The quiet town offers many quaint restaurants with outdoor dining. A quick 5-minute drive will have you in Ridewood, NJ where you will find more amazing restaurants and boutiques for your shopping pleasure. And if you enjoy the big city, you can jump on the train, bus or drive to NYC in under an hour.

This position is intended to be performed in full in New Jersey - The salary range for this position is $160K - $180K
