Solo small animal practice on scenic US 64, 0.8 mile west of the unincorporated village of Cashiers, NC, one hour southwest of Asheville, NC. At 3500' elevation on the Eastern Continental Divide. Established 1994, office hours are 9-5 M-F, doctors hours 10-5 MTRF. Emergencies sent to Asheville or Greenville Emergency Clinics. Sub-S Corp with NO boarding or grooming; minimal overnight hospitalization. Primarily an outpatient clinic at the current time. Majority of clients are summer residents. Busy summers, quiet winters. 300mA xray unit, in house CBC/Chem Analyzer, lift tables, small surgery suite, 2 small wards with 11 cages. 25 minutes from WCU and SCC/45 minutes from Clemson University. Many outdoor recreational activities available (hiking, golf, snow skiing, fishing, mountain biking, whitewater sports, large lake within 4 miles).
