Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with licenses in good standing
• Ability to perform all basic surgeries and procedures including spays/neuters, dentals, etc.
• Ability to use all standard medical instruments and equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide top tier care and customer service to clients and patients
• Perform physical examinations, diagnose physical conditions, and present diagnostic and treatment options to client
• Perform medical, surgical, dental, and emergency procedures in accordance with hospital policy
• Interpret laboratory results, prescribe medications, read radiographs, etc and determine appropriate protocol based on the results
• Communicate effectively with clients, presenting them with treatment options while keeping in mind their emotional and financial needs
• Set an example for other staff on how to interact with clients and promote a positive work environment
• Embody Practice Core Values and adhere to business policies and procedures
