About the practice: Our mission statement – compassionate care for pets and their pals — says it all. At South Branch Veterinary Services, we are dedicated to communicating a care plan made specifically for pets’ needs and providing pets with advanced medical preventative care, diagnostics, and treatment specifically tailored to their needs.

In addition to our AAHA Accreditation, we are also one of the first Fear Free Certified facilities in our area and are designated as a Cat Friendly Practice by the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Our entire team is trained in Fear Free communication and handling and works to make every pet’s visit to our facility free of stress and anxiety. Come enjoy our in-house Idexx cbc/chem/ua analysers, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound unit, laser therapy, our traveling board-certified Internal Medicine Specialist (comes in 3 days a week for all of our ultrasounds and consults), and more while being able to practice the best medicine with a caring, and inviting, team!

About South Branch Veterinary Services

South Branch Veterinary Services is a privately owned small animal general medicine practice in beautiful Hunterdon county New Jersey. We are an accredited AAHA facility that is a certified Cat Friendly by the AAFP, and we are also a certified Fear Free Practice. The majority of our case load is dogs and cats, but one of our doctors does provide care for birds and pocket pets as well.
