Gibraltar Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our growing 3 doctor practice!

Come join the growing team at Gibraltar Veterinary Hospital (GVH)! Our state-of-the-art companion animal hospital has been serving the Downriver area for over 30 years.  GVH is proud to be AAHA certified and Michigan’s first Fear Free Certified Clinic! We practice gold-standard medicine offering every client prompt, comprehensive and professional pet care. GVH boasts digital radiology, class 4 laser therapy, surgery, ultrasound and much more!

You will be joining a team with the support of a competent, licensed support staff offering a 2:1 staff ratio.

Our schedule will include weekdays and rotating Saturdays. No evenings, emergencies or Sundays required.

Gibraltar, MI is a suburb of Detroit along the Detroit River and Lake Erie. It sits across the border from Winsor, Ontario, Canada and is considered part of “Downriver”.  Downriver overall is known largely as a suburban Detroit region with residential neighborhoods and recreational opportunities that focus on boating, fishing, bird watching and waterfowl hunting. The Detroit River International Wildlife Refuge, and an extensive network of recreational trails built under the Downriver Linked Greenways Initiative, are two important environmental conservation and recreation projects in the area.  Requirements:

• Licensed Michigan Veterinarian (active and clear)
• 2+ years of experience
• A passion for surgery preferred
