We are a full-service, private practice that specializes in companion animal medicine, treating the pets of Summerville, South Carolina and the surrounding areas. Brighton Animal Hospital was proud to be named “Best Veterinary Hospital in Summerville” in 2020 and was a finalist in 2021. Brighton’s lead doctor was also named “Best Veterinarian in Summerville” in 2021 and was a finalist for “Best Veterinarian in Berkeley County” in 2022! Our highly-trained staff strives to provide compassionate veterinary care to patients' immediate needs, while also building long-lasting relationships with both owners and their pets. Brighton Animal Hospital is fortunate to have a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist on our team that will provide consultations in-person or via phone, while providing our veterinarians with mentorship opportunities.
