Teaching, collaboration, and mentorship are vastly important aspects of our field, and finding a team of individuals that support one another is vital. We have an amazingly diverse team with vast interests including urgent care, surgery, dentistry, and exotic pet care.  We are looking to add a few more amazing individuals with their own unique interests!  We have also designed a structured and individual mentorship program for doctors looking for additional support or doctors who are excited about sharing their amazing skills!

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related degree from an accredited university.
• Licensure in good standing to practice in Washington state or ability to obtain a license.
• Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine.
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Works collaboratively with hospital team members.
• Makes decisions confidently and effectively.
• Manages time and tasks appropriately. 
• Models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients. 
• Commitment to ongoing educational development and growth.
