Palm Beach Equine Clinic is proudly the Official Veterinarian of the Winter Equestrian Festival and Global dressage. We are currently seeking FEI Treating Veterinarians to act on behalf of Palm Beach Equine Clinic as Treating Show Veterinarian, during the Winter Equestrian Festival from January through March 2023.
The ideal candidate must have their FEI Treating Veterinary accreditation, USDA accreditation and licensing in the State Florida is the preferred. Foreign veterinary graduates that have their FEI treating accreditation may be considered however a working visa is required. Palm Beach Equine Clinic will provide very competitive salaries.
The additional opportunity to provide veterinary services for equine after hours emergencies will be available. Equine veterinarians will have the opportunity to work within an established full-service equine hospital, whilst allowing a flexible definitive work schedule.
Successful candidates can expect to cover after hours emergency calls. The mix of day and night shifts will be covered by multiple veterinarians. Veterinarians currently working in other practices during Winter Equestrian Festival are also encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate must be an FEI treating veterinarian.
This is a seasonal position.
Candidates must be eligible to be licensed in the State of Florida and have previous equine veterinary emergency experience.
Palm Beach Equine Clinic is a 24 hour, full service equine referral hospital, providing ambulatory, surgical, and diagnostic services, such as, CT Scans, MRI's, and Nuclear Scintigraphy to the South Florida horse community.
We currently have 42 veterinarians on staff including 3 board certified surgeons, 2 board certified internal medicine specialists and 1 board certified radiologist.
