Mill Plain Veterinary Clinic in Danbury, Connecticut is looking for a full-time Veterinarian to join our team. We are currently offering extremely competitive compensation packages including a $20,000 sign-on/retention bonus and we are happy to consider newer grads and experienced DVMs! For any Veterinarian wanting mentorship in surgery and a large surgical caseload, this is the position for you!  

Mill Plain Veterinary Clinic was founded in 1989 and we have been providing the highest standard of care to Fairfield County since then, making Mill Plain a staple in the community.  We have many long term clientele who are excellent about following recommendations and doing all that is necessary for their pets. Mill Plain is a full-service small animal hospital, offering the best in medical and surgical care. To support this, we have full in house labs, digital radiography (including dental), ultrasound, and endoscopy. We have a large surgery caseload and all of our doctors perform routine and advanced soft tissue surgeries and orthopedic procedures. Furthermore, our support staff are very experienced and have an amazing skill set, which enables our doctors to be incredibly efficient and get out of work on time!

If you are a nature lover, there are numerous parks, orchards, golf courses, and the city is located at the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains, providing many trails to hike. Candlewood Lake and Hop Brook Lake offer great boating, kayaking, and fishing. Danbury also has an ice hockey arena, an indoor sports dome, a variety of historical sites to explore, and Danbury Fair Mall, one of the largest malls in New England. For those who enjoy the city life, we are only 60 miles north of New York City.
