Northgate Small Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian at our 4-doctor practice located in southwest Illinois near St. Louis, MO. New grads are welcome!

We are a well-established, AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal veterinary hospital providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for canine, feline, exotic and pocket pets. We are looking for a veterinarian who has interest in providing a wide variety of services ranging from wellness exams and vaccines to advanced diagnostics and complex surgical procedures.  For new graduates of the classes of 2021 and 2022, this position will be included in the NVA Illinois Mentorship Program. In this program, our ADVMs will have access to:

• One on one surgical and medical support from Dr. Sandra Faeh, current VP of AVMA, an NVA practice owner, and Illinois Mentor
• Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life
• Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Illinois with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement, regardless of current clinic worked in          

 ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

• Nine exam rooms, a surgical suite, and fully stocked pharmacy
• Caseload consists of dogs & cats, as well as reptiles, and pocket pets
• Digital Dental X-ray and Digital full body X-ray
• Services include nutritional counseling, wellness exams, dental care, and much more
• Separate comfort room for our clients
