Camden County College, located just outside of Philadelphia, is one of New Jersey's largest, most comprehensive community colleges. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to provide supervisory leadership and administrative support to the Veterinary Technology Program as required by the AVMA CVTEA accreditation standards and requirements, assist in program evaluation and accreditation, prepare master course schedule, teach undergraduate courses in Veterinary Technology, perform surgical procedures and supervise administration of anesthesia and medications for nursing procedures and participate in job placement of students.
Requirements include:
Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM or VMD)
Licensure in the state of New Jersey
Five years of experience as a licensed veterinarian
Teaching experience at the college level
Basic knowledge of USDA IACUC standards of care
Administrative experience.
