Prescott Valley Pet Clinic is nestled near the mountains of Arizona at an elevation of almost a mile high. Our “little city” offers beautiful seasonal climates with year-round outdoor activities and events like the “World’s Oldest Rodeo”. Being centrally located in the Northern half of the state gives us a short drive to attractions like skiing at Snowbowl, the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, the Petrified Forest and more! We currently have an opening for a full time Small Animal Veterinarian who would like to join our team. Our company maintains “Best Care for your Best Friend” with high standards of care which have been recognized by the American Animal Hospital Association and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. As a Feline Friendly practice, we have seen our feline visits triple in the last 2 years and hope to help conquer the veterinary care gap between our canine and feline friends. We offer a wide range of services including diagnostic and wellness care, Laser Therapy, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Dental Care, Surgical Services, and Feline Boarding. Our State of the Art Equipment and High Standards create a recipe for success! PVPC offers highly competitive pay and an excellent benefits package including health care, 401(k), continuing education, dues, liability coverage and more. To provide the highest quality wellness care and treatment possible.
At Prescott Valley Pet Clinic, we deliver excellent veterinary medicine in a caring manner while providing outstanding client service and enhancing the lives of pets, their families, and members of our community. Dr. Dana Frank and her husband Rick Frank are committed to providing an excellent facilit...y for our team members to provide the best care possible to our patients. Our doctors’ combined training represents multiple different veterinary schools with special interests in many areas of veterinary medicine. With individualized personal service to each client we treat every pet as our most important patient.
In June of 2011 we received our accreditation as a member of AAHA, American Animal Hospital Association. To be accredited by AAHA, our hospital must demonstrate an exceptional level of medical care and client service. AAHA's standards cover every aspect of our hospital to assure your satisfaction with the level of care both you and your pet receives. We are proud to be an accredited practice and believe this helps keeps us on the leading edge of veterinary medicine and focused on continuous improvement to assure we can offer the quality and range of services you expect and deserve for your pet.
Cat Friendly Practice
The American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) developed the Cat Friendly Practice (CFP) program to help you support your cat's ongoing health care needs.
This was achieved by helping practices to reduce the stress associated with the visit, increasing the quality of care provided, and supporting the veterinary team with information about cats' distinct needs, behavior and body language.
When designated as "cat friendly," selected veterinary practices have proven they have taken specific extra steps to assure they understand a cat's unique needs and have implemented feline friendly standards. We received our accreditation in December 2013 from the AAFP as a Cat Friendly Practice.
